**What is the Opportunity?**

As a Ready-Mix Concrete Sales Representative at Innocon Inc., you will:

- Foster strong connections with clients in the construction sector, intuitively understanding their needs and offering personalized concrete solutions.
- Utilize a diverse range of sales techniques to achieve successful client visits, new business opportunities, and increased market share.
- Showcase the unparalleled quality and advantages of our Ready-Mix concrete products through captivating presentations and demonstrations that resonate with potential customers.
- Collaborate closely with our dynamic team to develop and execute strategic sales plans that reflect our company values and respond to evolving market trends.
- Stay attuned to industry advancements, market dynamics, and competitor activities to refine sales strategies and maintain our competitive edge in the market.
- Provide exceptional customer care by promptly addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring lasting satisfaction throughout the sales journey.
- Represent Innocon Inc. with confidence and professionalism at industry events, trade shows, and conferences, elevating our brand presence and forging valuable connections.

**What you will bring**:

- Prior experience in sales within the construction materials industry is an asset but not required.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- A self-motivated and proactive approach to prospecting and networking, combined with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software, alongside a keen eye for detail and organizational skills.
- While a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous, we recognize and value diverse educational backgrounds and life experiences.

Pay: $75,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
