**Job Description: SEO Manager (Let's Get Moving)**

Let's Get Moving, a reputable and fast-growing moving company, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced SEO Manager to join our team. As an SEO Manager, you will be responsible for optimizing our online presence and driving organic traffic to our websites. Your expertise and strategic approach will play a key role in enhancing our visibility in search engine results and improving our overall online performance.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute effective SEO strategies to increase organic search rankings, website traffic, and lead generation.
- Conduct thorough keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for optimization and content creation.
- Optimize website content, landing pages, and meta tags to improve search engine visibility and user engagement.
- Monitor and analyze website performance using SEO tools and Google Analytics, providing regular reports and insights to key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content creators, web developers, and marketing managers, to implement SEO best practices and drive cohesive strategies.
- Stay updated with industry trends, search engine algorithms, and SEO best practices, and implement necessary adjustments to ensure optimal performance.
- Conduct competitor analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for Let's Get Moving.
- Perform regular website audits to identify technical issues, crawl errors, and areas for improvement.
- Manage and optimize local SEO efforts, including Google My Business listings and local directories.
- Stay informed about emerging SEO trends, tools, and techniques, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Track and analyze key SEO metrics, such as keyword rankings, organic traffic, conversion rates, and bounce rates, and provide actionable insights to enhance performance.

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience as an SEO Manager or similar role, preferably in the moving or related industry.
- In-depth knowledge of SEO principles, best practices, and technical aspects.
- Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO tools.
- Proficient in using SEO software and analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz, and Ahrefs.
- Experience with on-page and off-page optimization, keyword research, and link building strategies.
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and website development processes.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Results-oriented mindset and a track record of achieving measurable SEO goals.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
