The role of Digital Marketing Specialist at Able and Howe is a unique opportunity to expand your marketing skill-set in a diverse and supported business environment. **The role**:

- Creating quality written longform content for web pages, articles, blogs, ebooks etc.
- Creating high-quality ad copy and creative
- Executing PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Microsoft Ads, more)
- Creating and executing on SEO strategies
- Complete audits for PPC, SEO, Website, Organic Social, and more
- Creating clear and engaging reports for clients
- Completing basic Google Analytics, GA4, and Google Tag manager installation and setup
- Setting up technical CRM (e.g SharpSpring, Active Campaign)

**Must-have skills for this role**:

- Very strong short and long form copywriting skills (ad creative, blogs, whitepapers, etc.)
- Well-versed and knowledgeable in marketing psychology
- Extremely organized, detail oriented and thrive in a changing task environment
- Motivated to understand and contribute to business and marketing
- Hungry to learn foundational marketing skills (both supported and self-initiated)
- Hardworking and passionate for marketing, data and teamwork
- Eager and curious to improve one’s self in all aspects of being a business professional
- Confident and approachable that will foster trust in your clients and team
- An excellent communicator
- Attentive to detail

**Being part of this integral team you will**:

- Learn from experienced marketing pros to excel at a wide set of marketing channels, strategies, and tactics
- Work to support various Able & Howe Marketing Directors in the execution of client services such as market research and competitive analysis
- Collaborating with the marketing team to leverage complementary insights
- Providing support to the sales team to ensure they have the information and resources necessary to perform their role effectively
- Contributing expertise to thought-leadership initiatives

**Software experience**:

- WordPress
- Google Workspace
- Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator (considered an asset, not required)
- Creative builders such as Canva, Viewst, etc. (considered an asset, not required)
