**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of developing and implementing successful campaigns
- Knowledge of Google AdWords, Facebook Ads, Bing Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
- Experience with website analytics tools such as Google Analytics and WebTrends
- Excellent analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
