About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team at Auburn Developments. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive business growth and engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including SEO, SEM, email, social media, and display advertising
  • Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize results
  • Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new opportunities and improve campaign performance
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, changes, and best practices
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create engaging content and optimize user experience
Requirements
  • 2-3 years' experience in digital marketing, preferably in an agency setting
  • Google Ads Certification and ability to independently run Google Ads
  • Excellent understanding of SEO and Google Analytics
  • Experience with MailChimp and WordPress
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to deliver creative content and work independently
