**Sales &Rental Coordinator**

We are seeking a Sales & Rentals Coordinator who will support all aspects of sales and rentals at the Abbotsford branch, this position will also be responsible for providing full support of inventory management.

**Job Duties**
- Take customer sales calls when sales team is unavailable, collect all pertinent info and dispatch accordingly.
- Monitor customer rental accounts monthly for current payment status and notify account manager of any discrepancy, missed payments etc.
- Format draft quotations for all Potain cranes to maintain consistency between account managers. Integrate quotes into Salesforce.
- Prepare draft copies of rental contracts and sales agreements at the direction of the account managers.
- Assist account managers in coordinating machine prep with the service team and monitor progress. Updating account manager and customer if required.
- Participate in the check in/out process for all machines archive photos in conjunction with yard supervisor.
- Keep track of all rental insurance certs for BC branch and notify account managers prior to expiry.
- Weekly monitoring of Construct Connect and produce job/project reports for Territory managers.
- Do online research to generate leads (project information, determining correct contacts etc.)
- Upload customer information, contacts, sales quotes, and all pertinent data into Sales Force.
- Update equipment files on google drive along with equipment list and inventory as required, to be reviewed and updated in conjunction with Sales Coordinator in Oakville.
- After sales follow up calls, connecting the customer with service and parts teams.
- Make prospecting / cold calls as required to gather customer fleet information and purchase intention or asset disposal requirements.
- On behalf of account manager assist customers with machine spec information, charts, manuals, warranty etc.
- Booking and tracking freight for incoming and outgoing rentals and sales deliveries.
- Work on all branch related marketing projects, project highlights, photos, stories, social media posts.
- Work with sales team to prepare tower crane site books for each jobsite and crane, audit and update information / documents as required.
- Cross train for duties of Branch Administrator, covering phones, vendor lists etc.
- All other tasks requested or required in benefit of the company.

**Requirements**:

- University or college degree
- Success in qualifying opportunities involving multiple key decision makers
- Strong knowledge of retail and/or wholesale sales principles, methods, practices, and techniques
- Able to build and maintain lasting relationships with customers
- Exceptional verbal communication and presentation skills
- Excellent listening skills
- Strong written communication skills
- Self motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm
- High level of integrity and work ethics
- Experience with customer relationship management software

**Working Conditions**
- Occasional travel is required
- Ability to attend sales events or exhibits
- Manual dexterity required to use desktop computer and peripherals
