The Administrative Assistant will report to the Sales Manager, performing a variety of administrative tasks for the Sales Department.

**Position: Administrative Assistant (Sales)**

**Location: Winnipeg, Manitoba / Remote**

**Role Type: Full-time, Monday - Friday**

**Salary: Starting at $45,000, depending on experience**

**Your Responsibilities**
- Maintain and update accurate customer data via the CRM system.
- Initiate Docu-Sign packages to customers.
- Organize important documents, contracts, and sales reports.
- Track sales leads, opportunities, and customer interactions via excel spreadsheets.
- Serve as a liaison between the sales team, customers, and other departments, ensuring smooth communication and timely follow-ups.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience working in a Sales environment would be a strong asset
- Previous experience in an Administrative/Office role
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft office suite is required - Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint
- Ability to work with initiative, professionalism, and confidentiality
- Ability to work independently, multi-task and adapt to change
- Excellent English communication skills - both Verbal and Written
- Keen attention to detail
- Excellent time management and organization skills
