As an IT Support Specialist with our organization, you will have the opportunity to enhance your skills in Microsoft MS365, Sophos products, and Cybersecurity. In this role, you will be responsible for providing a range of technical services to our organization, including troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and network issues, maintaining hardware and software inventory, and providing end-user support. You will also work collaboratively with other IT team members and stakeholders to implement and manage Cybersecurity measures.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide exceptional technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Maintain hardware and software inventory, ensuring all equipment is up to date.
- Provide end-user support, ensuring the highest level of customer service.
- Collaborate with other IT team members and stakeholders to implement and manage Cybersecurity measures.
- Embrace a culture of continuous learning and take advantage of training opportunities to enhance your skills.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an IT support role.
- Strong desire to learn and enhance your skills in Microsoft MS365, Sophos products, and Cybersecurity.
- Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
