**Position Summary**:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an eCommerce Logistics Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and timely delivery of eCommerce orders and products. You will collaborate closely with internal supply chain management (SCM) departments and third-party logistics (3PL) last mile delivery carriers to track order status, resolve issues, and optimize performance. Additionally, you will contribute to the continuous improvement of our eCommerce fulfillment capabilities and processes.

**Responsibilities**:

- Track and oversee the timely delivery of eCommerce orders and products.
- Maintain effective communication with internal SCM departments and third-party logistics last mile delivery carriers to provide updates on order status, address inquiries, and resolve any issues that arise.
- Evaluate and manage the performance of 3PL providers based on established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Investigate and identify the root causes of delays in order shipments, and develop effective solutions to mitigate problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, build, and implement new eCommerce fulfillment capabilities and processes, aiming to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

**Qualifications**:

- University Degree in Business, Finance, or Supply Chain
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize and maintain flexibility in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Finance/Accounting key principles
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite (Excel proficient)
- Supply Chain and/or Logistics certifications also an asset

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $65,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
