**Job Overview**:We are seeking a creative and motivated Social Media & Marketing Intern to join our team at Sutton-Benchmark Realty. This role is ideal for someone passionate about real estate and eager to gain hands-on experience in social media management, content creation, graphic design, and digital marketing. You will work closely with our real estate agents and marketing team to help enhance our online presence and grow our brand across various platforms.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Social Media Management**: Assist in scheduling and publishing content across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- **Content Creation**: Help develop engaging content, including images, videos, and captions, to attract and engage our audience.
- **Graphic Design**: Create visually appealing graphics for social media posts, flyers, and promotional materials.
- **Video Editing**: Edit short-form videos for social media using tools like Adobe Premiere, CapCut, or similar software.
- **Website Management**: Assist with updates, design improvements, and content management on our website.
- **Analytics & Reporting**: Monitor social media performance and provide insights to optimize future content.
- **General Administrative Tasks**: Assist with ad-hoc marketing and administrative tasks as needed.
- **Collaborate with Agents**: Work closely with real estate agents to understand their marketing needs and create content that supports their listings and branding.

**Qualifications**:

- Current enrollment in or recent graduate of a Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related program (optional)
- Familiarity with social media platforms and content management tools.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), or similar.
- **Video editing skills** using tools like Adobe Premiere, CapCut, or similar software.
- Basic understanding of website design and content management systems (WordPress or similar).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
- Creative mindset and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of real estate is a plus but not required.
