**Position Type**:
This is a **contract part-time position** with the possibility of transitioning to a **permanent full-time role** based on performance and business needs.

**Position Summary**:
The **Social Media Marketing Manager** will report directly to the CEO and play a key role in defining and executing the brand’s online marketing strategy. You will oversee all aspects of social media marketing, from content creation to community engagement, while driving growth and engagement across platforms.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Content Creation & Strategy**:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media marketing strategy aligned with brand goals.
- Create engaging, high-quality content including images, videos, and posts.
- Plan and manage an editorial calendar to ensure consistent and timely content.

**Campaign Management & Growth**:

- Develop and implement campaigns to grow followers, enhance engagement, and drive sales.
- Identify and collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors to amplify the brand.

**Analytics & Reporting**:

- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns.
- Provide regular reports with insights and actionable recommendations.

**Brand Development**:

- Maintain and enhance the brand’s voice and aesthetic across all platforms.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging platforms.

**Collaboration & Strategy**:

- Collaborate with the CEO and other team members to align marketing strategies with overall business goals.
- Coordinate with designers, product teams, and external vendors for content production.

**Qualifications**:

- Degree or diploma in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- 5 to 10 years of experience in social media marketing, preferably in the luxury or lifestyle industry.
- Proven track record of managing and growing social media accounts across platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, and X (formerly Twitter).
- Proficiency in social media scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Later) and analytics platforms.
- Strong visual and written communication skills with an eye for aesthetics and branding.
- Experience with influencer marketing and paid social media advertising.
- Knowledge of current social media trends and best practices.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience working with luxury or beauty brands.
- Basic graphic design or video editing skills.
