Are you ready to take the helm of our marketing department and drive our brands to new heights? Plan A Powered by StaffStat is seeking a talented Marketing Manager to lead our innovative campaigns and strategies.
As our Marketing Manager, you'll be at the forefront of shaping our brand identity and engaging our audience across multiple platforms. Reporting directly to the President and CEO, you'll have the autonomy to develop and prioritize marketing initiatives that align with our objectives, including content creation and boosting brand awareness.
**Position Summary**:
- Reporting to the CEO, the Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, prioritizing, implementing, and monitoring all marketing campaigns, social media strategy, content strategy, and ad hoc projects, to align with Plan A and Staff Stat’s various objectives, which may include brand awareness, education, brand loyalty, etc.
- Oversee the activities and progress of the Social Media Administrator and all the recruitment requirements for the marketing department.
- Accountable to set up concurring marketing meetings and attend meetings with key individuals within the organization, to understand their marketing needs whenever necessary.
- Ensure all marketing campaigns and projects are aligned with the marketing budget.
- Manage and protect the company's brand identity and reputation through consistent messaging, branding guidelines, and quality control of marketing materials.
- Conduct continuous analysis of competitive environment, and research to identify new marketing, promotional products, trends, and opportunities.
- Responsible for creating and curating engaging and relevant social media content for a target audience, including but not limited to Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Pinterest, this includes creating text, image, and video content that aligns with the company’s brand messaging and is optimized for each platform.
- Oversee the creation and execution of paid social media advertising campaigns. This includes setting up ad accounts, creating ad campaigns, and monitoring performance to optimize results and maximize ROI.
- Evaluate data and create reports on key metrics to monitor campaign efficiency, social media metrics, and monthly marketing performance metrics and analyze trends.
- Provide administration and project support for relevant ad hoc requests.
- Identify and build relationships with social media influencers who align with Plan A and StaffStat’s values. This includes negotiating partnerships, creating content collaborations, and tracking the effectiveness of influencer campaigns.
- Maintenance of website(s), including liaising with website developer to: upload biographies and headshots of all new employees; add webpage sections for new franchise owners including all pertinent information, biographies, and headshots; communicate changes of website content, also utilizing WordPress, when needed.
- Responsible for liaison with key contacts within the organization to help plan the attendance, sponsoring, exhibiting, and documentation of various conferences/trade shows and virtual job fairs.
- Manage inventory levels and purchasing of promotional items consistently in collaboration with franchise owners.

- Ability to take initiative and be self-directed, adaptable, and innovative.
- Ability to complete a high volume of tasks and projects with little or no guidance.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and responsibilities, strong time management skills, particularly in managing deadlines and/or high peak work periods.
- Technical proficiency and strong problem-solving skills
**Qualifications**:
- Post-secondary education (2-year college diploma minimum) in Marketing.
- 3-10 years of experience in a Marketing management/supervisor capacity is an asset.
- Fluency in French is an asset.
