**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our products and services.
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential customers through effective communication.
- Identify customer needs and tailor solutions to meet those needs.
- Utilize CRM software to track leads, manage customer interactions, and report on sales activities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with market trends.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

**Experience**
- Proven experience in **technology** sales or business development is preferred.
- Strong background in inside sales or customer service roles is advantageous.
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
- Proficiency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
- Familiarity with technical sales concepts and the ability to communicate them clearly.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong desire to succeed in a competitive environment.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $28,000.00-$45,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 16 - 25 per week
