Inside Sales Representative

Safety Express Ltd, an Aramsco Company, has been serving its clients for over 35 years in the Abatement, Restoration, Industrial Safety, Professional Cleaning and Surface Preparation market. As part of our continued growth, we are currently seeking an enthusiastic team player to join our sales team.
OBJECTIVE
The Inside Sales Representative will drive sales activities, including lead generation, closing sales in the assigned market, and fostering both existing and new client relationships.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales Planning and Execution:
- Develop annual and monthly sales plans for the assigned market.
- Collaborate with the branch team to achieve sales targets, adapting plans as needed.
- Develop strategies, proposals, and action plans to engage new and existing customers, ensuring competitive pricing and maximizing profitability.
- Monitor customer buying patterns and adapt approaches accordingly.
Customer Service and Relationship Building:
- Service all orders for existing and new customers, identifying needs and upselling opportunities.
- Proactively engage customers through outbound calls to drive sales and margin growth.
CRM Management and Communication:
- Maintain daily updates in CRM tool, documenting customer interactions.
- Aim for a minimum of 30 daily customer interactions, including prospecting and account management.
- Review open orders and back orders, following up with team members as needed.
Market Research and Collaboration:
- Actively search for bid, tender, and NMSO opportunities.
- Communicate effectively with the branch team to address customer needs.
- Share best practices and successes with other branches and sales reps.
Industry Engagement and Product Promotion:
- Participate in industry events and tradeshows.
- Collaborate with marketing to develop promotions.
- Communicate new product and service opportunities to the buyer for investigation.
Administrative Duties and Compliance:
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
- Align with Regional Sales Manager on personal development plans.
- Assist with other projects and duties as required.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Consultative selling skills
- Industry and product knowledge (preferably in abatement, restoration, safety, etc.)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Proficiency in administrative sales functions and CRM tools
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Bilingual in French and English (an asset)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
