The acceptance and recognition of the value of our programs have placed an increased need for Yellowhead Tribal College to seek a **Program Administrator** to join our team.
Responsibilities include
- Provide administrative support to the Department Head, faculty, and students
- Appointment scheduling
- Data collection and data entry
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality in all interactions
**Qualifications**
- A Business Administration degree or diploma is an asset
- A Social Work diploma or degree is an asset
- Experience in an Indigenous Educational setting is an asset
- 3-5 years' experience as an Administrator, or relevant role, considered an asset
- Proficient use of various office-based software including Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent customer service skills and telephone etiquette
- High degree of organizational skills and ability to prioritize and multitask

**Salary**: $21.00-$24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 per week
