- **Job Description**_

We are looking for a Sales Representative to join the team that is go-getter, full of energy, and determined to help us sell the products that our customers have grown to rely on. The Territory Sales Representative is responsible for growing and managing the sales of building materials in the designated territory. The sales representative will have a strong understanding of the sale process, and excel at generating leads, building relationships, and closing deals. This position will report to the Branch Manager.
- **Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to**:_
- Develop marketing/sales opportunities in your zone.
- Daily or short-term trips to visit new or existing customers.
- Achieve sales goals.
- Identify appropriate prospects, set appointments, make effective qualifying sales calls, visit, and objection handling.
- Possess in-depth product knowledge, inventory, and be able to conduct demos for customers.
- Delivery, set up, and update display racks, sample boards, etc.as needed for clients. In addition, be able to provide excellent product knowledge training to clients.
- Resolves customer problems by investigating, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management.
- Ensures customer satisfaction through ongoing communication and relationship management; resolves any issues that may arise pre-sale and post-sale.
- Coordinate with the branch manager to ensure company standards are being met, performing market research, customer feedback, and regular competitor monitoring.
- **Qualifications**:_
- Be able to lift 50 pounds (loading sample and marketing materials)
- Ability to work well under pressure, in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with solid organizational, time management and multitasking skills.
- Analytical thinking, math skills, strong memory, and excellent attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal skills, as well as written and verbal communication, and presentation skills
- Strong computer skills with the ability to effectively use various office-based software (Proficiency in Google Calendar, Gmail, MS Excel, and MS Word)
- Able to pick up calls from customers and coworkers after work hours
- Ability to drive long-distance travelling
