Beauty Nut is the new Canadian authority in premium botanical beauty. We are the producers of premium, organic, and 100% natural hair, skin, and body products made with pure oils derived from Morocco.

**Position Summary**

**Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Generation**: Conduct thorough research to identify and reach out to new leads, utilizing various channels and strategies to expand our client base and increase opportunities for sales growth.
- **Channel Management**: Continuously nurture and follow up with existing sales channels, proactively identifying and capitalizing on opportunities for growth and optimization.
- **Market Research**: Research industry events, tradeshows, and other relevant sales channels to stay abreast of market trends and opportunities. Build and maintain a comprehensive client database to enhance lead generation efforts.
- **Customer Engagement**: Provide exceptional customer service to both new and existing leads, ensuring a positive experience at every touchpoint. Address inquiries promptly and professionally, fostering strong relationships and driving customer satisfaction.

**Preferred Education and Experience**:

- **Bachelor’s Degree**: While a bachelor’s degree is advantageous, it is not mandatory.
- **Analytical Skills**: Possess strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset to drive sales strategies and decision-making.
- **Results-Oriented**: Demonstrate a track record of being results-oriented, with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- **Beauty Industry Experience**: Previous experience in the Beauty industry is highly valued, providing insights into market dynamics and customer preferences.
- **Agency Collaboration**: Experience working with agencies is beneficial, fostering collaboration and effective communication to drive sales initiatives.
- **Communication Skills**: Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills, enabling clear and persuasive communication with clients and stakeholders.
- **Language Proficiency**: Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages such as Spanish is advantageous, enhancing your ability to connect with diverse clientele.
