The Opportunity

The Helpdesk Administrator is IT's first point of contact for the organization. The Individual will communicate effectively with end-user through different means, understand problem, provide, and explain possible solution and escalate when needed to next level of support and/or vendors.

**What You Will Do**:

- Deploy and maintain workstations, servers, printers, scanners, group policies, encryption systems, and all host security systems
- Create and manage end user accounts and managing access control based on company policies on both on-prem Active Directory and Azure AD in accordance with best practices
- Complete desk/office IT equipment moves including setting up workstations for new employees and providing on-boarding sessions
- Anticipate, mitigate, identify, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware and software problems on servers, input/output fleet, and workstations. Escalate incidents as necessary
- Provide day to day support for Microsoft SharePoint, Teams, Intune and PowerBI
- Perform asset management through Intune platform
- Assist Manager IT in implementing various Infrastructure projects
- Develop and maintain documents related to hardware inventory in SharePoint
- Responsible for providing monthly helpdesk reports

**Education/Experience**:

- Post-secondary degree or diploma in Computer Science or Technology.
- 1-3 years previous experience on help desk or end user support role.
- Strong knowledge in core Microsoft technologies, including Active Directory, Windows Server, Exchange, and familiarity with SQL Server and Dynamics.
