**Position Job Title**:IT Helpdesk Dispatcher

**Location**:Remote

**Reports To**: Manager, IT Services

**Specific Responsibilities**
- Assist with Helpdesk activities for IT members and students.
- Receive, evaluate, and prioritize Help Desk trouble tickets.
- Assign tickets to appropriate IT team members.
- Follow up on IT requests/tickets submitted via the issue tracking system.
- Provide basic troubleshooting & follow-up for Office 365 accounts.
- Assist with the implementation and enforcement of policies and procedures.
- Liaise with HR and other departments as necessary to provide technical and administrative support to students and staff members.
- This position requires you to work remotely.

**Position Requirements**
- Prior experience working with IT Helpdesk
- Troubleshoot Microsoft Office products, i.e., Outlook, Word, and Excel Communication skills are a must.
- Prioritizing and expediting tickets.
- Gathering information from users to complete a ticket.
- Demonstrate patience with users not comfortable with technology.
