We are currently looking to fill a permanent full-time position, this is not a remote position.
You will play an integral role in keeping our clients connected and ensuring all our clients can communicate seamlessly with one another and utilize all our technology without issues. You will have a special talent in being able to deal with people who can sometimes be challenged with technology.
Job Specific Duties
- Coordinate the IT setup for new hires, including provisioning hardware, software, and access rights.
- Execute IT offboarding procedures for departing employees, ensuring the return of company assets, digital
- permissions, and data security.
- Provide remote and on-site end-user IT support, addressing technical issues promptly and professionally. (vast
- Resolve first-line IT support tasks related to end-user support, network, software, and first person liaison with
- Document all tasks within service desk software, maintaining comprehensive records of support requests and
- Maintain internal and end-user documentation to ensure accurate and accessible information.
- Able to provide follow up
- Provision and support desktops, laptops, and mobile devices, ensuring standards and security requirements.
- Install and troubleshoot structured network cabling and server rack patch panel installations.
- Setup and configure access to shared printers, multifunction devices.
- Perform fixes to desktops and laptops including installing and upgrading software, installing hardware peripherals,
- On occasion, provide after-hours support.
- Deliver excellent customer service and support to non-technical users, ensuring their IT needs are met promptly and

**Qualifications**:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required Experience in Windows Server and Sophos, Windows, IOS, Android systems
MS Office, including SharePoint
- Degree or certificate from a program in Network Administration and Support and Information Systems or related field is preferred.
- Relevant work experience in a technical field is an asset.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communications skills - fluent in written and oral English
- Ability to work independently. Must be self-motivated and have excellent attention to detail.
- Able to effectively work independently and collaborate with a team.
- Display creativity
- Ability to explain technology ideas and concepts to non-technical users.
- Must be available to work Monday to Friday and occasional weekends for special projects
- A valid driver’s license is not required, but an asset.
