We are searching for a **Resident Experience Coordinator** to join our **Parkland on Eglinton West**team based in **Etobicoke, Ontario.**

**About the Opportunity**
- Maintains quality and resident satisfaction of Parkland on Eglinton West standards;
- Consistently ensures service delivery meets established brand standards in terms of quality, safety, timeliness, and customer service.
- Establishes strong processes of utilizing formal and informal resident feedback to influence operational practices.
- Oversees the orientation of new Residents to Parkland on Eglinton West through established standards.
- Directs safety & wellness culture of housekeeping team.
- Performs other related duties as required

**About You**

In addition to placing high value on continuous improvement, collaboration and accountability, you bring:

- A University Degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or similar education.
- 1-2 years in a marketing and administrative role within Hospitality or Seniors Living environment;
- You are passionate about working with seniors and have experience working with the elderly in a seniors’ living or long-term care environment.
- Alzheimer’s Disease and other Dementia Care Course considered an asset.
