**Job Details**:
**Position Title**: Residence Services Assistant

**Status**: FT Support

**Hours per week**: 37.5 hours per week (Academic Year: Thursday - Monday, 12:00AM - 8:00AM); Summer Conference Season: Hours may be adjusted to accommodate operational needs; During mandatory training period: Hours will be adjusted).

**Campus/Location**:Lakeshore Campus: Thursday - Saturday and North Campus: Sunday - Monday.

**Salary**: FT Support Payband C ($24.96 - $29.02)

- Minimum of two years of experience in a similar capacity, preferably in a hotel or front desk environment.
- Ability to demonstrate the following: excellent interpersonal, listening and customer service skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure while demonstrating confidence and good judgment including the ability to respond appropriately during an emergency or when dealing with difficult people or situations.
- Demonstrated ability to undertake tasks and duties according to procedures and standard processes.
- Demonstrated organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Consistent attention to detail.
