- Person who, in a rehabilitation setting for young people with adjustment difficulties, provides support, supervision, accompaniment and animation for the young people referred to him;
- She welcomes young people from all intervention services and takes them on in times of crisis, disorganization or need for special help;
- In addition, she may be called upon to assume, in terms of support for the interveners, presences in the various departments, when the situation requires it;
- It meets certain needs of young people according to the rehabilitation objectives pursued;
- She even intervenes physically when the situation requires it and searches users when requested;
- She observes the young person's behavior and reports her observations in meaningful reports to the continuation of the young person's treatment. She performs security rounds at the establishment.
- Requirements:
- Must have a secondary school diploma (DES) or the equivalent recognized by the Ministry of Education, Leisure and Sport; must have a valid class 4B or class 5 driver's license; must have relevant experience in the field and with young people and/or in a security-related field; must be able and ready to take part in physical interventions; must be able to communicate in French and English, both orally and in writing; must respect confidentiality, be trustworthy, have a sense of responsibility and possess superior leadership skills.- Comments:
