Vendor Rebate Coordinator

**What you’ll do**
This position is responsible for the administration, process flow and verification of Vendor Support contracts. The incumbent will be accountable for ensuring accurate and timely entry of the contracts, billings and any necessary adjustments. This individual will be customer focused as they will be the finance contact for both internal (Merchandising and Finance) and external client groups (Vendors).
- Review all Vendor Support contracts for completeness and accuracy of information.
- Analyze and adjust contract billings and vendor accounts as required.
- Timely data entry of all contracts and adjustments into the Vendor Support System.
- Handle both internal and external inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure all supporting documentation is obtained and reviewed for completeness.
- Prepare various reporting of vendor funds and necessary controls.
- Participate in any adhoc analysis and/or automation projects as required.
**What you bring**
- University degree or College diploma in Finance, Accounting, or business-related discipline or equivalent work experience.
- 1-2 years experience in a Finance/Accounting role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Superior customer focus.
- Able to work independently and function as part of a team.
- Excellent organization and time management skills.
- Fast and accurate keyboarding skills.
- Intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
