**RESPONSABILITÉS**

Usine de maltage
- Chargement et déchargement des cuves de maltage à l’aide d’équipement automatisé ou manuel.
- Exploitation de la malterie au moyen des commandes de processus automatisées.
- Lavage manuel des cuves de maltage au moyen de boyaux de lavage à haute pression.
- Lavage des cuves au moyen de divers produits chimiques de stérilisation.
- Travail d’assainissement général au besoin.

Installations de manutention du grain
- Exploitation des installations de manutention du grain au moyen de commandes automatisées.
- Chargement et déchargement du grain des wagons de chemin de fer (travail en hauteur).
- Chargement et déchargement de containers et de camions de grains.
- Assainissement général de l’élévateur à grain. Aspiration, balayage ou pelletage du grain.

**ENVIRONNEMENT DE TRAVAIL**
- Formation sur la sécurité donnée lors de l’embauche.
- Équipement de protection individuelle exigé dans tous les environnements de travail.
- Travail par quarts exigé.
- Certaines fonctions nécessitent du travail à l’extérieur.
- Les environnements de travail à l’intérieur peuvent être humides, poussiéreux, froids, chauds ou bruyants.
- Travail en présence d’équipement automatisé.
- Des programmes de formation et d’apprentissage sont offerts.

**COMPÉTENCES ET EXPÉRIENCE**
- Une expérience antérieure en manutention du grain, transformation des aliments ou fabrication est considéré comme un atout.
- Avoir un degré élevé d’aptitude mécanique.
- Une formation préalable en sécurité est un atout.
- Avoir une excellente aptitude à la communication et des compétences de rédaction.
- Capacité de travailler seul ou en groupe.
- Faire preuve de minutie.
- Avoir une attitude positive et être entreprenant.

**COMPENSATION**

19.87 $ probatoire pendant 6 mois, 30.58 $ par la suite.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**

Malting Operations:

- Loading and unloading of malt vessels using automated and or manual transfer equipment.
- Operation of malthouse using automated process controls.
- Manual washing of malting vessels using high pressure wash hoses.
- Cleaning of vessels using various chemical sanitizing agents.
- General sanitation duties as required.

Grain Handling Operations:

- Operation of a grain handling facility using automated process controls.
