TalentWorld is recruiting for Bilingual Operations Officer III in Montreal, QC for one of its clients. Bilingual Operations Officer III Key Responsibilities:- Review commercial security files and binders, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Compare and reconcile information across various documents, including credit agreements, property records, and investment portfolios.
- Provide operational support by performing general to specialized transactions and processing activities within the Operations and Business Services function.
- Contribute to critical projects or special initiatives aimed at improving operating models and processes.
- Execute transactions accurately and in accordance with established guidelines and procedures, meeting Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Identify and escalate processing or operational issues as necessary, collaborating with relevant functions or partners to facilitate resolution.
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
- Assist partners with incoming transactions, validating information as required to perform adjustments within authorized levels.
- Respond to partner requests effectively and in a timely manner, maintaining strong communication and collaboration.
- Support continuous improvement efforts by providing feedback and suggestions for process enhancement.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in commercial lending operations or related financial services operations is highly desirable.
- Fluency in both English and French is required.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to review and reconcile complex financial documents.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and processing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and Word.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry best practices related to commercial lending operations is a plus.
- Experience in a Trade Processing related role, preferably experience with cash products (such as loan, deposits, swaps and forwards)
- Salary: $35.50 an hour
- Benefits: 40 Hours Weekly, On-site
- Duration: 6 months contract with possibility of extension
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00AM to 4:00PM.
