TalentWorld is recruiting for Bilingual French Operations Officer III plays a critical role in the Commercial Loans department, primarily responsible for the meticulous review of commercial security files and providing operational support to ensure accurate and timely processing of transactions. This position involves ordering, reviewing, and reconciling security files, along with performing various processing activities related to credit agreements, properties, and investments. Additionally, the incumbent may contribute to analytical reporting on special projects aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and service quality.

TalentWorld is recruiting for Bilingual Operations Officer III in Montreal, QC for one of its clients.

Bilingual Operations Officer III Key Responsibilities:
  • Review commercial security files and binders, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Compare and reconcile information across various documents, including credit agreements, property records, and investment portfolios.
  • Provide operational support by performing general to specialized transactions and processing activities within the Operations and Business Services function.
  • Contribute to critical projects or special initiatives aimed at improving operating models and processes.
  • Execute transactions accurately and in accordance with established guidelines and procedures, meeting Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Identify and escalate processing or operational issues as necessary, collaborating with relevant functions or partners to facilitate resolution.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
  • Assist partners with incoming transactions, validating information as required to perform adjustments within authorized levels.
  • Respond to partner requests effectively and in a timely manner, maintaining strong communication and collaboration.
  • Support continuous improvement efforts by providing feedback and suggestions for process enhancement.
Bilingual Operations Officer III Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, or related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in commercial lending operations or related financial services operations is highly desirable.
  • Fluency in both English and French is required.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to review and reconcile complex financial documents.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and processing.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry best practices related to commercial lending operations is a plus.
  • Experience in a Trade Processing related role, preferably experience with cash products (such as loan, deposits, swaps and forwards)
Employment Details:
  • Salary: $35.50 an hour
  • Benefits: 40 Hours Weekly, On-site
  • Duration: 6 months contract with possibility of extension
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00AM to 4:00PM.
  • Location: Montreal, QC
