Reporting to the Manager of Perinatal Services, the Perinatal Care Coordinator (PCC) supports the perinatology clinic in the Antenatal Assessment Unit and works in collaboration with all members of the perinatal health care team for the purpose of achieving holistic, integrated and comprehensive healthcare for women with complex perinatal needs. The focus of the PCC role is to coordinate women-centred care for the medically high risk and socially vulnerable perinatal population, throughout the pregnancy, intrapartum and postpartum period.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:
**Education, Training And Experience**:
Graduation from a recognized nursing program or evidence of an equivalent combination of education, training and experience. Registration with BC College of Nurses and Midwives as a practicing RN registrant. Three to five years' recent related experience, including two years' relevant clinical experience with the high risk perinatal population; Current Fetal Health Surveillance certification is a requirement.

- Effective interpersonal and facilitation skills.
- Computer skills, including the ability to use MS Office and other related computer technology.
- Physical ability to perform the duties of the position.
