Overview

As a Perinatal Nurse Practitioner Manager at PeaceHealth, you will have the opportunity to lead a team of experienced professionals in providing high-quality care to expectant mothers and their babies.

Salary Range

We are offering a competitive salary range of $110,000 - $140,000 per year, depending on experience.

Job Description

Responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating daily functions for assigned areas
  • Ensuring departmental goals are achieved and service excellence is provided
  • Providing direct clinical services and management of mothers and babies
  • Mentoring staff and providing constructive feedback

You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery and patient satisfaction.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's degree in Nursing or related field
  • Current ARNP license
  • Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) certification
  • Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications within 30 days
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
