Inbound Sales and Customer Success Representative

We are seeking a passionate, driven person to take the role of inbound sales and customer success representative. Working under our Head of Sales, you’ll join our team selling our clothing design and manufacturing services, guiding our clients from first contact through to successful shipment of their garment. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging new prospects, closing sales, and building strong relationships.

**Who Are We?**

Carmina Design Co is a contract garment manufacturer based in the east end of London, Ontario. We believe in creating sustainable apparel through ethical manufacturing and zero waste.

**What You’ll Be Doing**

As our inside sales and customer success representative, you will:

- Receive inbound inquiries through our online channels to generate new business opportunities with brands, entrepreneurs, and influencers committed to social and environmental values
- Consult with prospects to understand their apparel design and manufacturing needs, and propose solutions that align with their sustainability and social impact goals
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through closing deals and onboarding new accounts
- Guide clients through their project, from initial concepts through to shipment of their final product. You’ll be collaborating with all our team members to ensure success.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction

**How to Apply**

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Inside sales: 2 years (preferred)
- Customer service: 2 years (preferred)
- fashion industry: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

- London, ON N5W 4R3: Relocate before starting work (required)
