Job Duties
- Handle customer concerns by providing solutions, within a reasonable time frame to ensure the customer is satisfied.
- Identify customer needs or desires to recommend the appropriate product or service.
- Learn the software systems used by the company to be able to communicate effectively with incoming inquiries.
- Keep a record of incoming inquiries to be able to reference at a later date.
- Address client inquiries regarding status of orders, payment, refunds, etc.
- Prepare, review, and print the daily batch invoicing.
- Enter and process Purchase Orders
- Perform the daily balancing process for all types of payment.
- Prepare, print, and send customer invoices and consolidated statements
- Prepare and submit large sales quotes as per request.
- Review, prepare and submit tenders within the deadlines.
- Invoice trigger set up
- Work with retail and other departments when necessary to resolve customer concerns.
- Learn about the products inside and out to be able to answer any questions from customers.
- Handle inbound, unsolicited prospect calls and convert them into sales.
- Enter new customer data and update changes to existing accounts in the corporate database.
- Investigate and troubleshoot customer service issues.
- Appropriately communicate brand identity and corporate position.
- Respond to customer service calls in a courteous, professional and timely manner.
- Provide customer support and troubleshooting services via telephone.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma/GED required (College degree preferred)
- ECE background, teacher, daycare worker, etc.
- 2+ years' experience in a customer service/sales role
- Proficiency with MS Office
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Strong sense of professionalism and discretion required
- Exceptional verbal communication skills.
- Excellent listening skills.
- Strong written communication skills.
- Ability to work individually and as part of a team.
- High level of integrity and work ethic.
- Experience with customer relationship management software.
- Bilingual
- Netsuite experience an asset.

Pay: From $44,000.00 per year
