The Sales Coordinator reports to the Program Manager, Voluntary Benefits and joins a dedicated team who loves collaborating to provide the best client experience.

**What will you do?**
- Handle our teams’ intake process and activities related to client marketing campaigns
- Monitor and handle/assign requests that come into our team inbox
- Support campaign planning activities for Voluntary Benefits
- Manage project plans for our AdminPlus benefits enrolment campaigns
- Organize regular team meetings with our team and our partners
- Support projects and key initiatives
- Other general administrative support.

**What do you need to succeed?**
- You're passionate about sales and client experience
- You have knowledge about group benefits plans and insurance products
- You have experience collaborating with multiple partners, including account executives, creative designers, marketing specialists and other internal business partners
- You are experienced with basic functions in Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint and Word
- You are exceptionally organized and able to prioritize and tackle a variety of different tasks
- You are talented in your written and verbal communication skills
- Bilingualism (French, English, both oral and written) is required for Quebec only as the position reports to a unilingual English-speaking manager outside Quebec.
- _ Bonus points_ Experience using tools like Wrike, OASIS and CRM
