**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic sales team. Reporting to the VP of Sales, the Sales Coordinator will play a crucial role in managing orders from start to finish, ensuring seamless communication between different departments, and utilizing Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) for efficient order processing. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales analysis and a passion for the fashion industry.


**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Order Management:
  • Process and manage sales orders from receipt to delivery.
  • Coordinate with production, inventory, and logistics teams to ensure timely fulfillment of orders.
  • Monitor order status and update customers and internal stakeholders as needed.
  • Communication:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the sales team, customers, and other departments.
  • Facilitate clear and effective communication to resolve any order-related issues or discrepancies.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to maintain and build strong relationships with clients.
  • EDI Management:
  • Utilize Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) to process orders, invoices, and other sales-related documents.
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance with EDI standards and protocols.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve EDI-related issues promptly.
  • Sales Analysis:
  • Assist the VP of Sales in analyzing sales data and generating reports.
  • Identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement to support sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement data-driven solutions.
  • General Support:
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team and VP of Sales as needed.
  • Maintain organized records of sales activities, customer interactions, and order documentation.
  • Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and industry events.


**Qualifications:**

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in a sales coordination or similar role, preferably within the fashion industry.
  • Strong understanding of order management processes and EDI systems.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and sales management software.
  • Knowledge of power BI an asset
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Passion for fashion and knowledge of ladies' sportswear market trends.
