**Responsibilities**:
- Le rôle du spécialiste des ventes dans le domaine de la santé et de la sécurité au travail est une combinaison d'appels conjoints avec les directeurs des comptes majeurs, les fournisseurs ou par le biais d'appels de vente indépendants, afin de promouvoir les ventes de produits et services de sécurité de TENAQUIP auprès des utilisateurs finaux.
- Participer à l'élaboration des prévisions de vente annuelles et atteindre les objectifs des ventes convenus dans la zone géographique établie;
- Programmer et mener des appels conjoints avec les fournisseurs et les directeurs des comptes majeurs, et effectuer des appels de vente indépendants et des enquêtes, le cas échéant ;
- Aider à planifier et programmer des séminaires pour les clients ou autres activités d'aide à la vente, nécessaires pour stimuler leur croissance;
- Fournir les rapports requis en temps opportun, sur une base régulière.

The Occupational Health & Safety Sales Specialist role is a combination of joint calls with Key Account Managers, suppliers, or by way of independent sales calls, in order to promote TENAQUIP safety product sales and services to end user customers.
- Assist in the development of annual sales forecasts and to achieve agreed upon sales goals within the defined geographical territory;
- Schedule and conduct joint-calls with suppliers, Key Account Managers, and complete independent sales calls and surveys as required;
- Plan and schedule customer seminars and/or other sales support activities necessary to drive sales growth;
- Provide necessary reporting, on a timely and regular basis.
**Qualifications**:
- Au moins 5 ans d'expérience éprouvée dans la vente externe dans le domaine de la santé et de la sécurité au travail;
- Connaissance des exigences législatives et réglementaires en matière de sécurité industrielle;
- La formation certifiée est un atout indéniable (entrée dans un espace clos, antichute, formation respiratoire, test d'ajustement, contrôle des déversements, stockage et manipulation des produits inflammables, douche d'urgence et oculaire, verrouillage/étiquetage, etc.;
- Une formation formelle aux techniques de vente, telle que l'ACPV, est un atout;
- Excellente capacité à communiquer et pour la présentation, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit.

- Minimum 5 years outside sales experience in the Industrial Occupational Health & Safety field with a proven track record;
- Knowledge of legislative and regulatory requirements for Industrial Safety;
- Certified training a definite asset (confined space entry, fall arrest, respiratory training, fit testing, spill control, flammable storage and handling, emergency shower & eye wash, lockout / tag-out, etc.);
- Formal selling skills training such as CPSA is an asset;
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and presentation.
