The ideal candidate will report directly to the Account Manager and be responsible for ensuring optimal management of all commercial activities related to our customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Account Manager to develop long-term contractual agreements that drive business growth.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with business rules and regulations associated with existing long-term contractual agreements.
  • Optimize the business relationship with assigned accounts through exceptional service and timely communication.
  • Provide input on product development projects in collaboration with the engineering team.
  • Promote sales opportunities using Salesforce to identify new revenue streams.
  • Participate in various sales events to foster strong relationships with customers and prospects.
  • Create and present sales proposals to customers, highlighting the value proposition of Soucy's products and services.
  • Maintain open communication channels between customers, internal teams, and supervisors to ensure seamless execution of business objectives.
  • Occasionally visit key customers to build rapport and gather feedback.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.

What We Offer:

  • An estimated annual salary range of $85,000-$110,000 based on experience and qualifications.
