**Who are we looking for**

We are seeking a self-motivated Recruiting Operations Lead to join our global Talent Acquisition team. As the Recruiting Operations Lead, you will be leading a team of Talent Experience Partners and will be responsible for managing all operational aspects of recruitment globally.

You will report to the Director of Talent Acquisition and will be a critical member of the Talent Acquisition leadership team.

**What You’ll Do**
- Collaborate with the Director of Recruiting to identify opportunities for driving efficiency and effectiveness in recruiting operations.
- Optimize recruitment processes by overseeing all recruitment systems, tools, and their integration, including ATS, job boards, and other recruitment tools.
- Collaborate very closely with key stakeholders at all levels globally, including Talent Acquisition team members, VP of Talent Acquisition, Business Leaders and vendor partners.
- Oversee and coordinate various recruitment projects and initiatives that involve non systems initiatives.
- Manage recruitment technology and systems, ensuring they are up to date.
- Train and onboard new members in the Recruiting team on systems, tools and processes.
- Establish a data and analytics-driven infrastructure by analyzing data, identify areas for improvement, and regularly report key metrics to internal stakeholders.
- Mentor and develop a team of recruitment operations professionals.
- Work with the Director to manage budget and spending.
- Establish systematic workflows for recruitment and ensure standardization and documentation.
- Promote excellence and act as a change agent and advocate by providing training to all stakeholders, fostering a sense of ownership and accountability.

**What You’ll Need**
- 5+ years in Recruitment, Talent Operations or a related field. Experience in Recruiting Operations is preferred but not required.
- Proficiency with ATS, HR tools, or other recruiting management software.
- Data-driven (the ability to build dashboards, look at data and understand the story).
- Good proficiency with tools and a systems mindset.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

- Good project management skills.
- Experience leading a team.
- Proficiency with Excel or reporting tools.
- Experience collaborating with a global team.
