Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Operations Manager to join our team at Swim Recruiting. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our infrastructure projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary point of contact between our company, clients, and contractors;
  • Monitor the performance of our contractors to ensure that service level targets and life cycle obligations are met;
  • Develop a solid understanding of project documents to ensure that management obligations and reporting requirements are met;
  • Manage commercial issues between clients and contractors, including dispute resolution;
  • Participate in various meetings as required, including facility management, construction, risk, utilities, and security committees or sub-committees;
  • Ensure that monthly performance reports are received from each project as required by the project agreement.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, project management, business administration, or a related field;
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project operations, facilities management, or asset management, preferably within P3 infrastructure, construction, or large-scale capital projects;
  • Proven track record of handling complex contractual and commercial issues, including dispute resolution between multiple stakeholders;
  • Strong understanding of project agreements, life-cycle obligations, and service-level agreements related to infrastructure or facilities management;
  • Familiarity with risk management protocols, quality control processes, and project transition procedures in the infrastructure sector;
  • Proficiency in reviewing and managing project performance reports, financial invoicing, and budget management related to project operations.
