Research Project Manager

Responsibilities:

- Develop comprehensive project plans, encompassing scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource allocation, in collaboration with stakeholders and team members to ensure all tasks and activities are completed on schedule and within budget.
- Lead and manage research projects from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to project management best practices, methodologies, and industry standards using various tools like Jira & Confluence.
- Organize and structure test results from dental lab production, clinical research with dentists, and fundamental research with the AI team.
- Establish robust working relationships with internal stakeholders, including business units, IT teams, and external vendors, to gather requirements, set expectations, and communicate project updates.
- Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize their impact on project timelines, budget, and quality.
- Assess and manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs, ensuring meticulous documentation, communication, and adherence to approval processes.
- Prepare and present regular project status reports, encompassing progress updates, milestones achieved, issues, and risks, to project sponsors and senior management.
- Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to project team members, fostering a collaborative, productive and a positive work environment.
- Having a foundation in computer science to collaborate with the R&D team is highly valuable. Previous experience collaborating with software development teams will be regarded as a significant asset.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Project Management, IT, etc.).
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is desirable.
- Proficiency in establishing project plans utilizing various software tools.
- Strong communication skills to be able to work across technical and business teams.
- Strong experience working in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Pay: $50,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
