Reporting to the Actuary, Research and working as part of a team of three, the Project Manager oversees the day-to-day operations of the research function, which includes managing the collection, handling, and use of proprietary data from external contributors, managing relationships with external researchers retained to perform specific research studies, and ensuring compliance with relevant policies, procedures and regulations.

The Project Manager provides comprehensive project management and administrative support to the research function and its associated committees, subcommittees, and task forces, and is pivotal in ensuring that core research studies, which the organization’s members rely on to do their jobs, are completed on time and according to specified service standards.
