- As the _Media Buyer _,_ You’ll love coming to work every day if you Get, Want, and have the Capacity to be accountable to the following things:_
- Media Buying (Traditional and Digital)
- Development and management of the digital strategy

**Responsibilities**:

- You’ll have success here if you value clear processes and feel qualified to do the following things:_
- Support developing media activities and media plans based on our client’s strategic priorities and requirements
- Help media planners to identify target audiences and plan robust media campaigns
- Manage paid media campaigns alongside media planners and negotiate, place and service traditional campaigns.
- Compile and analyze relevant metrics on an ongoing basis to optimize schedules, evaluate media alternatives, and provide ongoing actionable insights into campaign performance to relevant stakeholders
- Prepare schedules and adjust when needed and ensure placements are creative and displayed appropriately
- Support and assist media planners with day-to-day workload
- Support media team with billing discrepancies
- Maintain a good relationship and cooperation with local and regional publishers
- We train our team to help them succeed, and everyone on our team helps with our success. In this role, you’ll need to come to the table with the following skills and qualifications:_
- Bachelor’s degree
- Familiarity with media buying, planning, and research, experience in digital media preferred
- Working knowledge of media buying tools/software preferred
- Critical thinking skills with organizational and multitasking abilities
- Detail oriented and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
