  • Offline media buying, contract checking, creative trafficking, reporting, reconciliation, and change management.
  • Support media planning through information gathering, costings, and change management.
  • Support evaluating media opportunities and providing your POV in writing.
  • Actively demonstrate passion and interest in learning more such as how to execute all media from setups to contract negotiations and reconciliations, the benefits and challenges of each medium and its contribution to a campaign’s success, how media can impact business results, the importance and value of awareness, and so on.
  • Develop mutually respectful relationships with Vovia’s media partners.
  • Contribute to Vovia’s culture of innovation by always looking for and sharing your thoughts and ideas on how to drive continuous improvement through new media opportunities, ad formats, media partners, etc.
Must Haves
  • Experience - 1-3 years of media buying experience
  • Detail-oriented - Ability to manage intricate details of media plans and placements.
  • Strong communication skills - Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with clients and team members.
  • Negotiation skills - A developing track record of securing favourable rates and placements
  • Technical proficiency - Skilled in media buying/research tools and software, spreadsheets (Google Sheets and Excel) and presentation software such as Google Slides and PowerPoint
  • Organizational skills - Strong organizational abilities to handle multiple campaigns and deadlines
  • Education - Degree or diploma in a related program such as marketing, communications, or advertising
