**Position Summary**:
The Project & Services Coordinator supports projects and departmental initiatives for Seneca Business. This position will be responsible for supporting Seneca Business in developing, implementing, and evaluating projects and services that support Seneca Business’ strategic goals including but not limited to, enrolment reporting, planning, and retention, accreditation, experiential learning, flex delivery and student and staff engagement initiatives.

**Responsibilities**:
**Enrolment & Retention, Planning & Reporting**
- Responsible for updating spreadsheets used each term to track, and visually display, Seneca Business Admissions and Enrolment data sourced from C-IDEA Tableau site.
- Responsible for working with Chairs and APMs on School-specific retentions strategies and identifying new opportunities where appropriate.
- Supports Seneca Business’ annual Business Planning process.
- Gather, organize, and report on data to assist with future projects undertaken by Seneca Business as identified.

**Strategic Planning Initiatives**
- Works closely with Manager, Business Administration to implement strategic initiatives and improve existing ones including a focus on team engagement, student experience, partnerships and accreditations and flexibility.
- Organizes and reports on data related to SB’s strategic goals including (but not limited to) student & faculty engagement, partnerships and accreditations, and modes of delivery.
- Develops communications related to strategic initiatives that can be shared with internal and external stakeholders.
- Develops, distributes and analyzes surveys to measure progress and success of implementation of strategic initiatives including team engagement, partnerships and accreditation, and flexibility.

**Accreditation & Partnerships**

Responsible for assisting with all Seneca Business accreditation-related activities,
- Responsible for follow-up data collection with faculty and other individuals involved in the accreditation processes.
- Scheduling assessment and Curriculum Team meetings with involved parties
- Maintains and organizes minutes and schedules for all accreditation related meetings.
- Assist with administering, reporting and storing of SB student and faculty surveys.
- Assists in collecting and maintain information on associations & professional bodies connected to all schools.
- Assists with all accreditation and reaccreditation related activities.

**Communications**
- Drafts communication and engagement materials for faculty & staff.
- Develops communications pieces that can be used at the Faculty and School level to ensure consistency and alignment.
- Coordinates with Marketing and Communications and Recruitment, when necessary, on Website and Intranet initiatives.
- Coordinates with Office Coordinator to collect information for and update Seneca Business webpage/Org site on an ongoing basis.

**Qualifications**:
**Education**
- Minimum completed two (2) year diploma in Business Administration or related required.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) will be considered an asset.

**Experience**
- A minimum of five (5) years of recent, progressively responsible experience in an office and/or secretarial environment including experience in managing and coordinating project deliverables.
- Proficiency in Tableau, Power BI, Adobe Acrobat, Adobe Creative, Adobe Spark, is considered an asset.

**Skills**
- Excellent customer service orientation and interpersonal skills; exceptional oral and written communication skills are required.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and organize multiple competing deadlines and tasks.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
