**What will I be doing?**
**Skills and Qualifications**
- Post Secondary Education in an Executive Assistant, Office Administration, or related program.
- 2+ years as an administrative assistant or similar role.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize activities and be detail-oriented.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Professional with a friendly demeanor
- Must have English language verbal/literacy and written skills, with emphasis on spelling and grammar sufficient to write proposals and reports, maintain records, & read information and procedures.
- Well versed in a variety of computer programs including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and Access. Previous experience with OnQ is an asset.
