Our events division is responsible for the development and management of events, driving brands through experiential marketing strategies. We also provide staff to brands and other agencies across North America to implement their XM strategies.

**Responsibilities**:
Assist in the daily operations of the business, including administration, logistics, procurement, and financial tasks.

Coordinate and maintain day-to-day administrative functions such as scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and organizing office files.

Conduct research and analysis to support business operations and strategy development.

Work collaboratively with various teams across the organization to execute tasks and projects.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company operations, policies, and procedures.

Help to implement new administrative systems and processes, as required.

Handle sensitive information with professionalism and strict confidentiality.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is required. An equivalent combination of education and work experience may be considered.

1-2 years of experience in an administrative or operational role.

Proficiency in G-Suite.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.

Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to work collaboratively and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers.

Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: From $25.00 per hour
