**Campus Coordinator, International Business University**

**Position Summary**

The International Business University (IBU) is a new and unique teaching-focused university specializing in business education that is looking for a highly talented, motivated, and qualified professional, ready for the next level of challenge in their career.

The Campus Coordinator will play a vital role at IBU and will be primarily responsible for providing administrative, communications, logístical and front desk support to the University and coordinating student engagement initiatives, programs and events. The Campus Coordinator shall report to the CEO of Vega Education Group, and will work with IBU and Vega Management, as well as staff and faculty on the IBU campuses to support day-to-day campus administration and functions.

The Campus Coordinator’s high-level responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:

- Overseeing the daily operations and activities of the campus including classroom and academic faculty scheduling.
- Plan, host and implement career fairs, and other student/guest related gatherings and events throughout the year.
- Coordinate logístical requirements for scheduled activities, meetings, workshops, and community events.
- Provide front-desk services and support by responding to inquiries, questions from students and, guests, in-person or on the phone to direct them to appropriate IBU personnel, to ensure that we continue to provide excellent customer service and meet the needs of the IBU community.
- Support Manager, Student Success to coordinate extra-curricular activities, events, and programs for students.
- Have an ability to understand and articulate the services within IBU that are available to students.
- Liaise with other service areas, such as the Registrar's Office, Student Finance, and IT, to problem-solve issues and address student needs.
- Understand, establish, and implement all policies and procedures established for the university.

**Required Qualifications**:

- A minimum of three-years college diploma or equivalent in Business Administration, Project Management, Student Services/Education.
- Minimum of three years of relevant practical experience.
- Possess strong verbal and written communication skills to obtain and relay information accurately with a strong attention to detail.
- Excellent planning, organizational and time management skills to cope with conflicting deadlines, multiple tasks, projects, and events occurring within short and overlapping time periods.
- Possess good judgement and uphold confidentiality at the University.
- Demonstrates initiative and flexibility.
- Able to communicate effectively with a diverse university student population. Displays a genuine desire to understand and meet the needs of students.
- Works effectively and accurately in highly pressurized situations.
- Highly professional, punctual, and reliable.
