Duties and Qualifications

Experience in managing a medical, aesthetics or medispa environment required, experience with Human Resources is considered an asset.

Knowledge of medical spa products, terminology and measurements preferred. Act as a backup contact to suppliers and work directly with clinic admin maintaining clinic supplies and retail items. Oversee inventory and perform scheduled inventory checks across the clinics, delegating to clinic admin when necessary

Enjoys liaising with clients directly for sales, promotions, conflict resolution and ensures excellent customer service. Shares and instils with clinic admin and staff all sales techniques and builds positive moral

Liaising with staff to maintain schedules and time off requests/sick days.Responsible for hiring, training, scheduling, conflict management, skill enhancement and goal setting with staff.

Maintain Employment policy manuals, maintained per Employment Standards and update Upper Management and staff as necessary

Update and ensure staff are adhering to treatment standards, clinic policies and procedures and safety guidelines.

Available to travel to clinics for meetings, events, and maintaining day to day operations across clinic locations.

Experience utilizing quickbooks, time tap, excel and gmail an asset

**Salary**: $31.25-$36.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
