**Position Title**: Associate Dean, Continuous Professional Learning - FHSW

**Salary**: Admin 08: $ 124,498 - $155,622

**What you will do**:
Reporting to the Senior Dean, the Associate Dean Continuous Professional Learning (AD, CPL) is accountable for providing academic and administrative leadership, supervision, and direction to employees, contractors, and students within their Faculty. The AD leads the planning, development, delivery, and ongoing review of non-postsecondary CPL programming and services (including external government/non-government contracts) within the Faculty. They also manage the operational components for the delivery of some postsecondary CPL programming (under the academic guidance of the relevant AD or other academic leadership).

- Knowledge of broader social, employment and economic contexts as it relates to existing and potential CPL course offerings.
- Ability to establish alliances within the local community.
- Knowledge in curriculum design and development, program planning and budget management.
- Knowledge and experience in flexible learning.
- Knowledge and experience in technology-enhanced teaching and learning processes.
