Position Description: Under the direction of HR BI Analytics Director, the Consultant/Senior Consultant will operate as a key member of the HR Analytics team, identifying and performing consultative analytics to senior leadership and the HR community.

Explore and implement advanced analytical methodologies, including data visualization, predictive analytics and statistical modeling;
Analyze data and statistics for trends and patterns with attention to turnover, recruitment, resource management, training and development, and organizational model;
Build and maintain strong working relationships with various stakeholders;
Ensures compliance with data privacy regulations and best practices. Required qualifications to be successful in this role: Bachelor's or Master's degree, or equivalent, in a related field;
Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Communicating effectively and tactfully with all levels of management;
Fluency in English; French is a plus;
5+ years of experience in data management and data analytics using tools such as Excel, DV, Tableau, SQL, Alteryx;
Delivering accurate and timely information while working in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment;
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
Preparing and delivering written and verbal presentations for a variety of audiences;
Manage multiple assignments while adapting by shifting work in response to executive requests;
Extremely reliable and dependable; thorough and meticulous, with great attention to detail;
Innovative self-starter

with the ability to work as an independent contributor and a positive team member;
Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion in all areas of work.
