HR Specialist Training Admin Assistant

Our client is a top financial institution with significant North American holdings. They have operations across most major verticals, including institutional & corporate, wealth management, private client, commercial banking, treasury, and retail banking.
Introduction: Robertson is seeking a skilled HR Specialist Training Admin Assistant to join our client.
Contract Dates: 6 months with potential to extend or convert
Pay Range: $37.36 to $42.56 per hour
Business Hours: Monday to Friday (Hybrid)
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of training coordination between the Client and Vendor, including handling participant invites-reminders follow ups, managing calendars, rescheduling, managing logistics-scheduling, venue booking (in person/virtual) material, recordings, creating tracking mechanism-develop and maintain efficient tracking systems to monitor attendance, course completion rates and feedback/survey creation ownership.
- Use advanced MS Excel and basic Power BI to create dashboards, detailed reports on training with ability to roll up at multiple organizational levels and aggregate/disaggregate by training modes and modules.
- Identify and execute on areas of improvement, ensure compliance with organizational standards and best practices and ability to document procedures for further reference/audit purposes.
- This role is essential for ensuring smooth execution of training programs and mandatory traceability.
- Detail oriented with a focus on accuracy, analytical mindset, ability to translate data into actionable insights and ability to collaborate with multiple partners.
