**Primary Responsibilities**:
**Key areas of responsibility include**:

- Collaborate with external buying teams to provide updates on Purchase Orders, product availability, transport delays and all other general order-to-delivery details in a timely manner
- Understand client needs; identify the root cause of issues and implement sustainable solutions
- Investigate order details for accuracy and pricing validity
- Process credits, issue invoices and provide authorization details for product returns
- Coordinate deliveries with the distribution center, track, and research deliveries
- Build and maintains strong relationships with internal stakeholders (marketing, customer service, sales)
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure that sales objectives are met
- Daily follow ups on all open lines and open order report
- Entering product inquiries in SFDC
- Effective use of technology and software to respond to customers quickly and accurately
- Report adverse events and special safety situations immediately after their reception to the pharmacovigilance department as per current SOPs.

**Qualifications**:

- Undergraduate Degree required
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position
- Very strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and French.
- Microsoft Office; Excel experience required
- Experience with SAP (S/4 Hana), SFDC and EDI systems an asset
- Self-motivated and always projects a positive attitude
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently without compromising the quality of service
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Flexible schedule if overtime is required
