We are looking for a Customer Relationship Manager to help grow our business and contribute to our future.

The Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) is responsible for proactive customer engagement with ISC’s existing customer base and with new customers as new registries and services become operationalized. This role has a frontline interactive with customers at industry events, tradeshows, and conferences in order to promote ISC products and services. Reporting to Director, Client & Customer Relations, other highlights include:

- The CRM is responsible for identifying customer sector intelligence required to understand the nature of the business that customers conduct with ISC.
- Key role in providing information from customers that support and identify product enhancement opportunities, market opportunity, customer service development opportunities, and result in recommended changes.
- Lead change management initiatives with customers, related to new or existing products, service changes, and through system renewal initiatives.
- Development and execution of plans to establish and facilitate diverse sets of customers through customer needs assessment, requirements, design validation, and change management for ISC’s systems (Customer User Forums) based on ISC’s business goals and existing lines of business.

What you’ll need:

- A Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or Business or a related discipline paired with 2 - 4 years solutions-based sales experience.
- Political acumen including the ability to identify influential individuals without positional power in a customer’s organization or industry.
